Hønefossen

The waterfall runs through the city like blood runs in us. The waterfall has shaped Hønefoss both physically and socially throughout history. The waterfall remind residents and visitors of the presence and power of nature but also of its transience; sometimes the water is there, sometimes it is not. With this proposal, we want to use storytelling as a method to create an attraction that is not only visual. An experience that interacts with the sites past and present and creates a connection with the local population and visitors.
